This is a series of works begins as a hand painted gouache and watercolour painting. The images are laborsome and take a long time to complete, details are very delicate and taken from a range of sources - from the actual florwes and leaves meshed with more stylised renditions. Once I am happy with the image I have it scanned at a very high resolution and translated to a limited edition reproduction on paper.
